Softgel Technology Arrives: Honso USA, Inc. Partners with Kanion Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., to Launch New Traditional Chinese Medicine Softgel Products

February 28^th 2005.  Phoenix Arizona.  Honso USA, Inc. has reached an agreement early this year with China-based Kanion Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. to become the exclusive distributor in North America for its traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) softgel products.  Over the past year, Honso has been sourcing other high quality herbal products to bring into the US to expand its existing Kampo herbal products manufactured in Japan.  Now, four TCM herbal formulas in softgel are available for professional usage.

Kanion is a very competitive and scientifically sound pharmaceutical company that thrives in areas such as research and new product development, their most recent innovation being integration of the Softgel Capsule with Chinese herbal formulas.  Preparing these herbal formulations in their GMP-certified facilities, in accordance with the Chinese Pharmacopeias, these quality assured capsules are a scientific refinement in preserving traditional Chinese medicine through advancing technologies.
